The FOS-22 Final Polish Lapping Film is designed to maintain ferrule geometry while enhancing return loss and surface quality. These films polish 1.25mm and 2.5mm diameter zirconia ferrules. Additionally, they offer precise control over fiber height generation, allowing customization of pressure, speed, and pad durometer to suit your facility's production environment.
The 5" disc is the standard size for the Seikoh Giken SFP-550, SFP-520, SFP-510, SFP-500, Ultra Tec UT-8812, UT-8808 (new), Domaille APM-HDC-xxxx series and PCI APC-7000.
