    Epoxy Curing Equipment

    Selecting the correct curing equipment is critical for ensuring epoxy is fully cured and the optical performance of the fiber is not compromised. The Fiber Optic Center technical Team provides consultation for curing equipment selection based on the specific type of epoxy being used from requiring UV light to heat or a combination of both. Consultation includes developing and validating curing schedules from setting up a net new bonding process to adjusting a current production process based on fiber movement concerns and curing temperature and time adjustment needs. We distribute easy to use 2-part packets, premixed and frozen syringes or cartridges, jars, vials, quarts, gallons, or other specialty packing that ensure the correct ratio of fiber optic epoxy to hardener, long pot life and a wide range of curing conditions and solutions for any requirement.
