Lapping and Polishing Slurry
Abrasive slurries can be used in a similar fashion to lapping films. Slurries are a suspension of abrasive material, available in the same sizes and materials as film abrasives, that can be applied to a holding pad and used to polish just like with films. Slurries are generally not preferred for typical connector polishing except in special situations.
