Schleuniger CT 34S Pneumatic Crimping Machine

The CT 34 S crimps loose-piece applications with up to 20 kN (2.5 tons) of force for open and closed barrel applications, including wire end ferrules up to 10 mm² (8 AWG). The ergonomic 15-degree tilt of the machine provides an optimal viewing angle and the LED light enhances visibility of the crimping area. The crimping head is spring loaded in the closed position and is opened by using the lever on the right side of the machine. When the lever is released, the dies close lightly to hold the terminal in place. The operator presses the footpedal to complete the crimping cycle.

As an added safety feature, the machine will not cycle if the dies are opened more than 5.9 mm (0.23“). Due to these added safety features, safety shields are optional to increase productivity.
